Our family received VERY short notice of moving. Due to the location, it was best to send my cat to a temporarily loving home. They shipped my cat to my parent’s home. I was sent updates on their timing (although I could also check their location on an app anytime). They made great timing. My cat is now with my parents, and she seemed very comfortable there from the start. I envisioned her taking days or weeks getting settled in due to the fact she was primarily an outside cat by her choice. She has been very loving to my family, and loves being inside. She does not seem traumatized from the trip at all. I am truly happy with my choice to ship her with them!

Great Service! They are a very polite and friendly company. I was updated every 3 to 4 hrs with my puppy, they sent pictures as well. Bi was able to track their location for the entire trip and my puppy was in excellent condition. I will be using them again in the near future! ?
